INSPIRATION
The new Devil Wears Prada movie was the inspiration for the name - Florals for Spring. I remembered the summer of 2006 when the first movie came out and that phrase by Miranda (“Florals for spring? Groundbreaking!”) stuck with me, I also remember reading the book on the bus on my way to work and by the way was the summer before I picked up my knitting needles again after a long hiatus…was this really 20 years ago? Time sure flies.
The pattern uses my beloved mosaic technique where you only work one color per row, and it’s worked tip to tip with built-in I-cord edge as you go, once you are done, you are done!
The pattern is fully written and charted and there is no purling!
