Flashy Lace
GAUGE
16 sts/22 rows = 4" in stockinette stitch
20 sts = 4" in pattern stitch
The pattern is very stretchy, so gauge can vary depending on how you stretch the fabric. The swatch was measured while it was just slightly stretched to mimic how it would stretch when worn. Make your gauge swatch at least 48 stitches 6 repeats across for the most accurate measurement.
Description from Knitty.com:
With longer sleeves and the openness of lace, this sweater will be perfect to wear in the warm and breezy days of fall or in colder weather with a shirt underneath. The all-over ribbing pattern allows for plenty of stretch in all the right places and makes it very comfortable to wear.
Though it looks complicated, the mock-cable stitch is easy to knit and working in the round on the body and sleeves leaves minimal finishing.
