Fiordaliso (cornflower in Italian) symbolizes lightness and sweetness, giving a cornflower means sincere friendship.

Fiordaliso is perfect for mid-season, it’s a versatile Tee, embellished with a delicate openwork stitch on the yoke.

We used a mixed wool and hemp yarn, it is a slightly “crunchy” yarn to the touch, excellent for this type of work, it enhances the lace stitches and gives the garment a “rustic” look suitable for any occasion.

Fiordaliso is a top-down, circular yoke Tee. Gradual increases are made in the yoke up to the sleeves that will be put on hold onto holder or scrap yarn and then resumed later.
This way there will be no seams.

Fiordaliso comes in 12 sizes (from 80 to 178 cm 31.5 to 70“ bust circumference). The size guide and the table on PDF will help you choose the fit you prefer.

Needles and notions
Circular needles 3.5 mm / US 4
(cables 40, 60 and 100 cm 16, 24 and 40“ )
Cast on the neck with the shorter cable and then switch to the longer cable as you increase stitches. Use 60 cm 24” for sleeves.

Il modello Fiordaliso è perfetto per la mezza stagione, è una maglietta versatile, impreziosita da un delicato punto a traforo nello sprone.

Abbiamo usato un filato misto in lana e canapa, è un filato leggermente “croccante” al tatto, ottimo per questo tipo di lavorazione, valorizza i punti traforati dona al capo un aspetto “rustico” adatto ad ogni occasione

Si lavora in tondo dall’alto verso il basso, si eseguono degli aumenti graduali nello sprone fino ad arrivare alle maniche che verranno messe in sospeso su un filo per poi essere riprese successivamente.
In questo modo non ci saranno cuciture.

Nel pattern sono disponibili 12 taglie (da 80 a 178 cm di circonferenza busto), la guida alle taglie e la tabella nel PDF ti aiuteranno a scegliere la vestibilitá che preferisci.

MATERIALI
Ferri circolari 3.5 mm (cavi 40, 60 e 100 cm)
Inizia dal collo con il cavo più corto (40cm) e poi aumentalo gradualmente mano a mano che aumenti le maglie. Usa il cavo da 60 per le maniche il cavo da 100 per il corpo.
