Meet Finito — a timeless, cozy colorwork pullover worked seamlessly from the top down. The round yoke features an elegant stranded motif that radiates outward like woven lace, creating a beautiful balance between simplicity and detail.

The burgundy and cream combination naturally gives a cozy, wintery vibe, so it’s easy for people to associate it with Christmas. But when you look closely at the pattern itself, it really does resemble a woven or embroidered textile — like something hand-loomed, with that rhythmic, geometric flow.

Personally, I’d describe it as a Nordic-folk inspired motif with a woven feel, rather than a holiday one. It looks timeless — more like an heirloom fabric than something tied to a season.

Yarn:
Malabrigo Finito — a luxuriously soft merino that gives this sweater incredible drape and comfort.
Main Color: Natural
Contrast Color: Burgundy (or any deep jewel tone for striking contrast)

Construction:
Worked top-down in the round
Seamless
Colorwork yoke with stranded knitting
Textured ribbing at edges

This design is perfect for those who love classic silhouettes with modern charm. The body and sleeves are plain stockinette to let the yoke shine, finished with a subtle textured rib on the neckline, cuffs, and hem.
