“Belt” (which is actually just a waist band) is worked in back-stitch sc rows creating a ribbed band, first, then the filet work for the peplum and body are worked from that belt. All work is filet crochet except the waist.

The peplum and body of the pattern have filet-worked rose blossoms and vines.
