Filet piece depicts a cupid, with wings, playing the triangle and walking amidst tulips. In the original, the piece is round. In the Hiddleson version, it is inverted arch shape with a heart in each upper corner.
In the Priscilla Filet Crochet Book, No. 2, the photo is on page 48 of the book, which is page 50 in the pdf from Antique Pattern Library.
There does not appear to be a chart separate from this photo but the photo is clear enough to work from
