This is a follow-up to ‘Toukulele’. This hat is constructed like Toukulele, only the cable motif is a fiddle/violin/cello/string base, instead of a ukulele/acoustic guitar.
Now gift-knitting will cover most string musicians!
The cable motif toward the bottom of the hat will allow more stretch at the crown of the hat which helps the hat stay on and allows for a bit of slouch.
It is a fast knit using Aran or Heavy Worsted weight yarn.

Choose a size approximately 2-4 inches/5-10 cm smaller around than your actual head measurement.

Photo hat is knitted with Briggs & Little Heritage 100% Wool; 215 yd/196m per 113g skein; color: Red BWO; 1 skein for all sizes. Will need app. 6075, 100g for SM,L.
