Ferns in the wind
An overall lacy summer shawl called Ferns in the wind.
The gorgeous lace pattern is easier to knit than you may think. The rectangular shape makes it versatile to wear. Add a bit more personality with the extension off to one side plus the top edge crocheted detail. Both make for interesting details.
The blocked length overall is 57” and the height measures 14.5”. The pattern is fully written and also offers a chart.

C1 - A skein of Delicate. 3 strands in 3 colors wound together in cool cotton yarns to create a spot weight yarn. 220 yards per skein.
C2 - A tube yarn stuffed with soft cotton in an aran weight. 5 yards used.
