This wrap-front cardigan is a modern take on the classic Chanel jacket, with a clean-lined shape and less bulk than the traditional style. Worked in pieces and seamed in Valley Yarns Haydenville DK, it features a knit/purl textured allover stitch pattern, modified drop shoulders, a crew neck, and long sleeves. Large snaps are secured to the inside of the front panels to keep the closure invisible and the look clean and streamlined. Long sleeves are worked up to the modified drop shoulders. The jacket sits at mid-hip, overlaps in front, and has a folded double hem for structure. Jacket is worked in pieces, back and forth in rows, in a textured stitch pattern of knits and purls. Seaming adds shape and structure.
