“I Feel Pretty” is one of the most loved songs from Leonard Bernstein’s Broadway hit “West Side Story”.
Set in the Upper West Side of New York in the 1950s, the musical tells a modern version of Shakespeare’s love story Romeo and Juliet. Swept away in her love for Tony, the heroine Maria sings this joyful, elegant song which captures her bliss and newfound sense of confidence:
