Feast of Ladders
Cables always look so amazing. The all-over cable pattern and ladder stitch lends simplicity to the design and adds extra warmth. The Feast of Ladders is worked as two separate pieces (front and back) and the collar is added on to the ‘live’ stitches, which are not cast-off at the neck-edge.
Two options: either wear as a swooshy over-tunic or long top; join the sides (either with buttons or by sewing up). The main body of the design is worked on straight needles and the collar worked in the round.
