Small, tweed stitch purse in two colours with buttoned flap, for use with the Charlotte Lewis Summer Sunset yarn which was enclosed with Let’s Knit! Magazine 43, June 2011.

The bag is knitted in tweed stitch, which is explained in the pattern. One rectangular, flat piece is knitted, then seamed together and buttons added.

The free yarn consisted of 30g of each of two colours. There is no stitch diagram or chart.

Possible errata: The finished item is said on page 12 of the magazine to weigh 17g, but this may be a typo; it could be 27g.
