Favourite Things is a tubular cowl where you can let your creativity fly! It can be knit up in one, two, five, six or ten different colors easily.

The cowl is a sampler of my favorite things to knit – stockinette and different lace patterns. And it is knit in the round! Another favorite of mine. You can knit it using dpns or circulars, whichever you like best.

So, get out some of your favorite yarns and your favorite needles and start playing. Chances are high that this will end up being one of your favorite things as well!

Materials:

• Yarn:
Version 1: 2 skeins of Fiddle Knits Polka; 1 skein of MC and 1 skein of CC (you only need half a skein of each color) or 366m / 400y of fingering weight yarn; 183m / 200y in MC and 183m / 200y in CC.
The sample was knit using Fiddle Knits Polka in Peridot (MC) and Pearl (CC).
Version 2: Go Knit Yourself My Favourite Things kit: 50g (MC) + 5 x 10g miniskeins (Colors A-E) 400m / 437y per 100g or 50g + 5x10g of fingering weight yarn (approx. 366-400m/400y-437y per 100g).
• Needles: 3mm / US 2.5 needles or size to obtain gauge. Choose your needle based on your favorite method for knitting in the round. Version 1 sample was knit using dpns.
• 1 stitch marker

Gauge:
26 sts x 32 r = 10cm x 10cm / 4” x 4” in stockinette stitch after blocking.

Size:
One size
112cm / 44” loop, width 11.5cm / 4 ½”.

Notes:
This is knit as a long tube in the round. After blocking, the ends are sewn together to form a loop.

Instructions are given for working the pattern in two colors (Version 1) and in six colors (Version 2).
In addition it could also be knit in one color (approx. 366m / 400y per 100g), 5 colors (20g of each color) or in 10 colors (10x10g minis) or whatever combination you come up with!

• Puikot: 3 mm puikot tai käsialan mukaan. Valitse puikot sen mukaan mikä on suosikkisi pyöröneuleen neulomiseen. Versio 1 neulottiin sukkapuikoilla.
• Yksi silmukkamerkki

26 s x 32 krs = 10 cm x 10 cm sileää neuletta pingotuksen jälkeen.

Muuta:
Favorite Things neulotaan pitkänä pyöröneuleputkena. Pingotuksen jälkeen langanpäät päätellään ja päädyt ommellaan kiinni toisiinsa.

Ohje on kirjoitettu kahdella värillä neulottavaksi (Versio 1) sekä kuudella värillä neulottavaksi (Versio 2).
Malli voidaan myös neuloa kokonaan yhdellä värillä (n. 366 m per 100 g), viidellä värillä (20 g kutakin väriä) tai kymmenellä värillä (10 x 10 g) tai millä tahansa yhdistelmällä mitä mieleesi tulee!
