Notes on Gauge: 18 stitches to 4 inches and 36 rows to 5 inches over chart B (after dressing). The finished shawl is 27 1/2” long.
The book version also gives an option of knitting with 1350 yd of Haneke Fingering Blend (75% merino, 25% alpaca) at a gauge of 18 st to 4” and 36 rows to 6 1/2” over chart B. The finished shawl is 32” long.
