Family Finger Puppets
All parts are knitted flat and sewn up at the end. No circular knitting is required.
Only the heads are filled with toy stuffing. Outfits are secured to the bodies and are not removable. Small plastic beads measuring 3-4mm are used for the eyes, typically found in jewellery making. Alternatively, embroidery can be used if desired.
The project requires small quantities of DK (8-ply) yarn, providing a perfect opportunity to utilize any leftover yarn you may have.
The crochet hook is to make chains. The project can be worked with two straight needles, however, double-pointed needles can come in handy for creating i-cords for the arms. The pattern includes instructions for making i-cords.
