Design Details
Fall Creek by Emily Greene is our instant classic for everyone. Made in our soft and durable Forge, this cardigan is a year round favorite, featuring Emily’s trademark ribs and intersecting diagonal lines. Fall Creek is knit flat in pieces from the bottom-up and seamed.

This cardigan is a genderless design; Emily used the ASTM standards of measurement for men, so carefully assess the schematic before deciding on a size. This cardigan is meant to be worn with 2-4” of positive ease, as shown on Del, but Britt is wearing it at 8” 20.25 cm of positive ease and we love it with a cozy, gently oversized vibe, too!

Yarn
Hudson + West Co. Forge (70% U.S. Merino / 30% U.S. Corriedale; 235 yds / 215 m; 3.5 oz / 100 g): midnight (navy), 7 (8, 9, 9, 10, 11, 11, 12, 12) skeins.

Needles
Size A: (for cuffs, hem, and body of sweater): Size US 6 (4 mm) and
Size B: (for tubular cast on and collar): US 5 (3.75 mm): 48” (122 cm) circulars.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions
Buttons (five), 1” 2.5 cm diameter; stitch markers (m); waste yarn (optional, for tubular cast on); tapestry needle.

Gauge
27 sts and 28.5 rows = 4” (10 cm) in 2x2 Rib on Size A needle.

Skills Required
