Fair Isle patterning is one of my greatest loves. However, and all-over pattern when you are just starting this color technique can be rather overwhelming, so I have introduced it in a panel across the body and left the rest plain. There are side vents to make the sweater easier to go over a bulky diaper, and a back button fastening.
