This wrap was designed to have the refinement of a lace shawl with the same warmth of your favorite cozy scarf. Everwood is worked all in one piece and features a repeating lace pattern inspired by the traditional Nordic snowflakes. The worsted weight version of this wrap is an exceptionally quick lace project that will keep you warm in even the coldest of winters. For those who are lucky enough to have warmer winters, the fingering weight version of this wrap is for you. Either way, the end result is a versatile piece can be worn draped over your shoulders for a classic winter wedding, or wrapped around your neck with your favorite winter jacket for a smart, sophisticated look.

FINISHED SIZE
Worsted Version: Approximately 21“ (53cm) wide and 71” (180cm).
Fingering Version: 28 “ (71cm) wide and 68” (173cm) long.
Final measurements will depend on how aggressively the wrap is blocked.

YARN

NEEDLES
Worsted Version: Size 9 (5.5 mm) straight needles or 24” or longer circular needles.
Fingering Version: Size 7 (4.5 mm) straight needles or 24” or longer circular needles.

GAUGE
Worsted Version: 15 sts/21 rows = 4” (10cm) in stockinette stitch, blocked aggressively.
Fingering Version: 20 sts/26 rows = 4” (10cm) in stockinette stitch, blocked aggressively.
Correct gauge is not critical for this project, but your final measurements and yardage requirements may vary if your gauge is different.
