Evening Scarf
by Jane Waller
For the silk version:
Top hats and tail coats may be ruled out these days, but the festive feeling that goes with a special occasion can be helped a lot by this elegant white silk scarf. It’s knitted in a rib that gives a wide arrowhead effect.
For the wool version:
The young don’t believe in overcoats - a woollen scarf is all they’ll submit to. Then let the scarf be a worthy one, both warm and easy to wear. Here is the silk scarf knitted in wool. It’s longer by eight inches. You can add school or club colours if you wish.
