The Eva-Lyn blanket is a design dedicated to my late grandmother, Eva and my mother Lynda. These two woman have taught me to crochet and be influenced to continue a craft that has been taught within the family.

The Eva-Lyn blanket is a modern twist on the granny stitch. It is simple to make and a great scrap busting project.

Although the sample and pattern list 8ply/dk/#3 weight yarn, you can use any weight yarn with a hook slightly bigger than recommended for the yarn to create drape in the blanket.

The blanket can be made from premmie size to king size, this can be altered by adjusting the starting chain number.

Stitches used - Chain, Single Crochet, Double crochet.
