Oops! It looks like the finishing directions got cut off in the pattern. The full finishing directions should read:

Finishing: Work in k1, p1 ribbing across 9 remaining right front sts, the 18 held back neck sts, then the 9 held left front sts. Work in k1, p1 ribbing for 2” or desired length. Bind off all sts and cut yarn. Sew shoulder seams.

Armhole ribbing: With RS facing and starting in the middle of the bound off sts at the bottom of the armhole, pick up and knit an even number of sts around armhole, picking up 1 st in every st along underarm and 3 sts in every 4 rows along vertical edge. Work in k1, p1 ribbing for 1”. Bind off. Sew side edges of armhole ribbing closed.

Sew in all loose ends and block.

The pattern itself should be updated shortly.
