Ethnic Bridal Necklaces
Macedonian richly decorated ethnic bridal costumes inspired me to make these enchanting necklaces. The rich palette of used colors symbolize life, love, unity, fertility and longevity.
They are quite unique and will certainly make difference to your appearance.
Skill level: easy
Yarn and hook: For this project I used sport yarn and 1.9 mm hook.
You can use whatever yarn you like (fine, sport, DK) but bear in mind that it will affect the size of your project. If you need more information regarding yarn sizes, this could be very helpful (http://www.craftyarncouncil.com/?q=weight.html)
Used terms: chain (ch), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc ), double crochet (dc), treble (tr), “V”-stitch, 3-chain picot
