The Ethel Beanie is a fast knitting project that utilizes a solid color and self striping yarn to make a fun, unisex beanie.

The beanie can be made in a weekend (or a good day of knitting) for a last minute gift.

You can also change the self striping to a solid color to support your favorite school or team.

The beanie comes in three sizes to fit children through adults.

Recommended Yarn

Approx. 80 yards each of two colors of medium worsted weight yarn

Recommended Needles

US 8 5mm 16” circulars and a set of DPNs (if needed for decreasing)

Finished Measurements

Small: approx. 17”
Medium: approx. 20”
Large: approx. 22”
