Eternity Spiral Cowl is an easy-to-make, springy and stylish neckwear suitable for various combinations of yarns. It is worked in the round as a garter stitch tube with spiral lines and grafted at the end to form a loop.
Pattern includes two variations for the spiral line’s color (one or two) and two sizes (short or long).
Pattern works for any yarn weight. Hope you enjoy making your own version with your favorite yarns!

Materials:
150 – 280 yds each of 2 different yarns (Yardage depends on yarn weight, gauge and size to make.)
US 6 (4 mm) (or size to suit your yarn) - 16” (40 cm) circular needle
Spare circular needle – for grafting
Waste yarn and crochet hook - for provisional cast on
Stitch marker (optional)
Cable needle (optional)
Tapestry needle

Pink/beige cowl (Long) - 46” (116 cm) long (circumference), 6” (15 cm) wide (laid flat):
Approx. 280 yds each of Malabrigo Yarn Lace (50 g / 470 yds) and Silkpaca (50 g / 420 yds) held together (63 Natural) / mix of several lace or fingering weight yarns in pink/beige/gray

Gray cowl (Short) - 26” (66 cm) long (circumference), 6” (15 cm) wide (laid flat):
Approx. 150 yds each of Malabrigo Yarn Silky Merino (50 g / 150 yds) (429 Cape Cod Gray) / (430 Smoke)

Skills needed:
provisional cast on, slip stitch, Kitchener stitch (in garter st)

Eternity Spiral Cowl は２色の糸を使って編むシンプルなカウルです。スパイラル状にアクセントラインを入れながら、ガーター編みのチューブを編み、最後に両端をガーターはぎして継ぎ目が分からないように仕上げます。
スパイラルラインの色は１色と２色から、サイズはショートとロングから選べるようになっています。
糸の太さ、ゲージに関係なく編めるパターンです。

材料:
２色の糸それぞれ約140～260 m（糸量は糸の太さやゲージ、選ぶサイズによって変わります)
4 mm (US 6) (または使用糸に適したサイズ) – 40 cmの輪針
