Erulissë Shawl
Wrap yourself in texture with this richly detailed triangular shawl!
Designed for intermediate crocheters, this pattern combines a variety of stitches—from shells and popcorns to post stitches and lacework—to create a visually striking and engaging project.
Perfect for showcasing color changes or gradient yarns, this shawl is as fun to make as it is to wear.
Difficulty: Intermediate / Advanced
Size: 69” /175 cm wide and 34” /86 cm long AFTER BLOCKING
Materials needed:
• 3.5 mm (E) size hook
• 1 cake of Twister and 1 cake of Twister Solid (I used Zen Garden (52) and Soft Moss (141))
or approximately 1400 metres/1530 yards of fingering weight yarn
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors
• Stitch markers
• IMPORTANT NOTE: if you crochet loosely, I suggest you buy another Twister Solid or use a smaller hook to make sure you have enough yarn to finish the shawl!
It is available to download as a photo tutorial and it has a print friendly version too.
Also, there are several links to my support videos on YouTube to show you how to make some specific stitches.
US terms used throughout.
NO CHART/DIAGRAM AVAILABLE!
I hope you’ll love it as much as I loved creating it!
Happy crocheting!
