Introducing Erik’s Baby Blanket. This blanket is a beginner friendly blanket made with super soft Bernat Blanket Yarn. It is a super bulky (6) yarn and works up really quickly.

This blanket is so soft, chunky and cozy. It is a striped blanket made with various neutral colours. This blanket adds a modern touch to your nursery.

I love the simple half double crochet stitch pattern used in this blanket. It adds texture and works up quickly and easily.

Supplies

3 skeins of Bernat Blanket Yarn, super bulky (6).
Each skein is 192 yds/7.6 oz or 176 m/220g. You will have yarn left over after your blanket is made.
If you choose to adapt the pattern and make it bigger, then you may need more yarn.
