Traveling stitches are among my techniques. Worked on the right side, so I can rest on the wrong side rows, these minature cables can be worked without a cable needle making the knitting quite effortless.
The panels follow the front edge of the short cardigan, but do not continue on the back.
The design was first published in The Enchanted Garden Collection in a cotton yarn. Here it has been adapted to my lovely Silky Wool.
