End of May is a color stranded hat.

Also check out the matching End of May Mittens! Please note that with just one skein of each color of the suggested yarn (2 skeins total of Ultra Alpaca, plus a lining yarn) most knitters will be able to knit both hat & mittens! What a deal!

Yarn: 50 g each of two contrasting colors of Berocco Ultra Alpaca or another light worsted weight yarn. For the lining, choose a soft sport weight yarn. You will need about 15 g for the lining.

Gauge
Medium: 26sts = 4” (10 cm)
Large: 24 sts = 4” (10 cm)

Finished size is determined by your needle size and gauge. For Medium, use US 3 (3.25 mm). For Large, use US 4 (3.5 mm). You may need to change needle sizes to achieve the required gauge.

You will need a 16” circular needle and a set of DPNs.
