This cabled, long-line sweater is constructed in pieces, from the bottom up, with set-in sleeves. The turtleneck is worked in the round after seaming. The belled sleeves are worked with a decreasing cable panel and finished with a turned hem.
Louet Gems Light Worsted is a wonderful, classic wool that comes in a phenomenal array of colors. It has a beautiful hand and produces a lovely finished fabric. You will need approximately 6 (7, 7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) hanks. (Shown in #01 Champagne.)
