Eliana Shawl
The perfect blend of drama, romance and sophistication. The Eliana shawl with sparks of lace and airiness. The large needle size and easy to remember lace pattern make this knit a breeze and super fun.
Pattern is easily adjustable! Need a longer version, smaller needles preferable, lighter weight yarn? Simply add repeats in the middle.
The lace is open enough to feed the end of the shawl through, so no closure needed~
Measurements: 67” in length, 13” in height.
Pattern suitable for the advanced beginner. Pattern written and charted.
You can tell by the photos, the softer version in the orange is knitted in a softer yarn combo and the piece in the cover photo is knitted in a crisper linen and blocked to achieve a more dramatic look.
Yarn:
Corino, a shimmery metallic kid seta and a cotton yarn combo, shown here in an orange sherbet color. Knitted with 3 yarn cakes, or approx. 250 to 275 yards of a light worsted yarn.
Thanks to my tech editor Kathy Berkel and of course to the fabulous testers!
