Elenore Hat
Elenore Hat is worked in the round from the bottom up. The folded brim is worked using the Double-knitting technique. The body and the crown are worked in 5/3 RIB. The crown is shaped by a decrease in eight points around the hat. The hat is reversible.

b/ Height (brim folded): 24.5 (26, 29) cm / 9.75 (10.5, 11.5)”
c/ Height (brim unfolded): 29 (30.5, 33.5) cm / 11.5 (12.5, 13.25)”
GAUGES:
18 sts x 32 rounds = 10cm / 4” over Double-Knitting after blocking. Swatched in the round.
34 sts x 32 rounds = 10cm / 4” over 5/3 RIB after blocking. Swatched in the round.
NEEDLES:
3.5mm / US4 circular needles, 80cm / 32” long, or DPNS to work small circumferences in the round.
Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.
NOTIONS:
8 stitch markers (1 contrasting for the BOR), darning needle.
