Elegant Baby Blanket
Elegant Baby Blanket combines the intricacy of cables and the simplicity of twisted stockinette to create a beautiful blanket perfect for a car seat or stroller. The blanket has a built in border with the cabled diamonds which are framed by a simple seed stitch pattern. You can easily make this larger by adding additional repeats of the stitch pattern. I have included both written and charted instructions for the blanket. The cable stitch pattern was adapted from “50 Knit Aran Stitches” by Rita Weiss. (The chart is included on a separate pdf since it is rather large and details the entire blanket.)
Happy Knitting!
