Eirwen - cobweb lace stole
by Judy Furlong
This mix of ultra-fine cobweb yarn and 4ply gives an interesting texture. The squares are worked using a technique reminiscent of Fisherman’s Rib, knitting into the stitch below to add extra texture.
The border includes the Shetland Bead stitch. Alternatively you can simply pick up the sts and cast off in the 4ply yarn as given for the plain border on the straight edge.
