Ebb Tide Cowl
The gentle texture of shifting sands can frame your face as a cowl just as beautifully as a hat! This easily worked cable pattern knit at a relaxed gauge makes for a comforting cowl that embraces your neck with the warmth of a day at the beach.
This snug fitting unisex cowl will comfortably fit under a winter jacket, and can easily be modified to a different circumference and depth to fit your preference.
FINISHED CIRCUMFERENCE: 22” / 56 cm, Depth 11.5 ” /29 cm
Yarn Requirements: 2 skeins Alpaca Elegance, Cotton Comfort, Sylvan Spirit, or Mewesic (180 yds each)
You can also replace the ribbed edge of the cowl with a three-stitch I-Cord Bind On and Bind Off (please note this finishing option has a tendency to roll).
