Skill level: Easy
Sizes: Newborn to 6 months old. And 6 to 12 months old. (Instructions are written for newborn size, and presented in parenthesis for 6/12 month old size)

Gauge: 20 sts by 32 rows in garter st = 4” (10 cm)

Stitches used and abbreviations:

[CO = Cast on][2]
[K = Knit][3]
YO = Yarn over
SSK = Slip slip knit
BO = Bind off

Yarn: DK weight (8 ply - 3 : Light)

Yardage: 60 - 80 yards

Needle: US #6 (4.5 mm) or needle necessary to obtain gauge.

Other Materials: Yarn needle (to sew edges and weave in ends)
