This guy is one of my favorite nursery decorations. Stuff full in the neck and legs, and all places where parts attach, to ensure he stands tall through lots of playtime.

Finished giraffe stands about 12 inches tall, when using Red Heart Super Saver yarn. Gauge is not important.

Intermediate pattern. Need to have knowledge of single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), increases and decreases, working in the round, and amigurumi stuffing and part attachment (with yarn needle). Experience with making crocheted stuffed animals is suggested.

Supplies needed:
About ½ skein main color Red Heart Super Saver or similar worsted weight yarn. (Main Color)
About ¼ skein Nose, Hoof, and Horn color Red Heart Super Saver or similar worsted weight yarn (Accent Color)
Scrap black yarn (for nostrils)
Polyfil
2 15mm safety eyes, color is your choice
Stitch markers
H (5.00mm) hook
G (4.25-4.5mm) hook
