The goal of these Baby Washcloths is to be accessible to the new or beginner knitter, but also a way one can create a quick gift for the new parent or even as a host gift (doesn’t need to be for the baby).

I have written 2 options, a garter stitch version for the very new knitter and a stockinette box version for those who like to purl.

You should be able to get at least 3 washcloths from each skein of Blue Sky fibers Organic Cotton Worsted. Each washcloth uses about 25g of worsted cotton yarn.
