Note
Dune and Foresta is a relaxed-fit pullover, either sleeveless (Dune version) or long sleeves (Foresta version), worked from the top down. The shallow V neck is shaped with short rows, then the shoulders are worked in the round until the piece is divided into front and back, which are worked separately for arm openings. They are joined again at the underarms and worked in the round from there onwards. The sleeves of Foresta version are also worked topdown.
Tips on how to work the 3RC without a cable needle are provided at the end of the pattern.

Note
Dune and Foresta は身頃にゆとりのあるプルオーバーです. ノースリーブのDune version, もしくは袖ありのForesta versionを選ぶことができます. 襟から編み始め, ドイツ式の引き返し編みの方法でVの形を作ります. その後輪編みで増し目をしながら肩のラインを作り, その後各身頃をそれぞれ往復編みで袖口の高さになるまで編み, 再び各身頃をつなげ裾まで輪編みをします. Foresta versionは最後に袖口から拾い目をして, 袖をトップダウンで輪編みします. なわ編み針を使用しない3RCの編み方について最後に参考として付け加えました.
