Drunk Spider
Despite initial appearances, the lace pattern in this warm weather accessory is actually quite regular. It’s the thick and thin nature of the soft cotton yarn that creates a somewhat wonky effect. While knitting lace, I am often reminded of spiders spinning webs, but it amuses me to think that perhaps the spider spinning the web for this project may have
overindulged. Once Drunk Spider is blocked, the effect isn’t so pronounced, but as you are knitting, see whether things don’t appear a bit tipsy!
Yarn Color: Turmeric
Notions: 2 stitch markers, Tapestry Needle
This pattern can be worked entirely from written instructions or with supporting charts.
