After meaning to do this for ages, I have now graded the pattern so there are larger sizes available!

So now to fit bust:
81–86 (91–97: 101.5-106.5: 112-117: 122-127: 132-137) cm
32–34 (36–38: 40-42: 44-46: 48-50: 52-54) in
The pattern already has 2 length options (long and very long!) so the yarn quantities for the Rowan Kid Classic used are:
Long version (154 cm/60 ½ in)
17 19: 21: 22: 24: 26 x 50g balls of Rowan Kid Classic (worsted weight 70% wool/22% mohair/8% polyamide: 140m/153yds 50g ball) in desired shade (Glacier 822 was used for sample)
Shorter version (134 cm/52 ½ in)
16 18: 19: 20: 22: 23 x 50g/1 ¾ oz balls of Rowan Kid Classic (worsted weight 70% wool/22% mohair/8% polyamide: 140m/153yds 50g ball) in desired shade

A full-size version of the Bed Jacket.

Pattern (in the book, not the bed jacket PDF available for sale on Ravelry) gives option for two different lengths. The short version is 52.5” (134 cm) while the long version is 60.5” (154 cm).

Requires size F-5 (4 mm) crochet hook to make cord.

Unfortunately the following text was missing from the original book pattern-
TO MAKE UP
Join underarm and upper sleeve and shoulder seams. Sew the cast on and cast off edges of the Collar to the fronts between the beginning of the front neck shaping and the shoulder edges with the row ends eased onto the back neck.
