Lucious cowl consisting of two interlocking loops. One loop is shorter and worked in cable pattern, the other loop is longer and worked in lace pattern. Both loops are interconnected for double layering. The cowl is designed to be made seamlessly with provisional cast on method and 3 needle bind off to close those loops. Great destashing project, you can use 2 different colors, 2 different yarn textures or 1 smooth and 1 mohair yarn, there are many possibilities for creativity.

Size: One Size.
Needles: US 4 (3.5mm) circular or straight needles 24”/61cm long
Gauge: 1 cable repeat (sts 1 – 14 on the chart) = 2.25”/6cm wide and 3”/7cm long; 1 lace repeat (sts 5 – 12 on the chart) = 1.75”/4.5cm and 3”/7cm long. A slight variation in gauge should be ok.
Yarn: Around 500yds/457m of sport or heavy fingering weight yarn. Yardage may very based on the yarn chosen. Non-drapy yarn will work best to hold the shape.
Other Materials: 2 sts markers, waste yarn.
