Double Decker Cardigan
by Cirilia Rose
Double Decker is a truly swingin’ set featuring an innovative snap-front cardigan and matching hat using your favorite fabric. The sweater is chock full of clever detailing, such as an applied i-cord bind-off, fabric covered buttons and knit in button band facings. A hidden button placket can be used to wear sweater closed, or you can remove the snap-in panel to wear as an open jacket. It’s got a trim fit with a slightly swingy silhouette that looks neatest when knit with little to no ease. The matching hat adds an extra touch of fanciness. You’ll only need about a quarter of a yard of fabric, so splurge and buy something really fancy!
