Dotty Spotty Baby Blanket
I designed this for a work colleague who was having her first baby. I didn’t know if baby would be a boy or a girl so chose these neutral colours.
I love turning circles into squares and I’ve provided 5 patterns for 5 different circle sizes so you can do it too. So much fun!
The pattern is available in both UK & US terms - just choose the one you’re most comfortable with.
I’ve included instructions for the joining method I used and also the border in the 15 pages of the pattern. I’ve also included close up pictures of each square and a special trick to make your circles as seamless as possible.
I used gorgeous soft cotton yarn. I am so glad I did - it feels divine.
Of course, you can easily make this larger by adding more squares.
I’m really happy how it turned out. I hope you enjoy the pattern.
This pattern is now available in a paperback book, available in Australia and New Zealand. The book contains additional resources to this pattern only. The book is also available as an eBook.
