Dottie
The striped skirt is worked in one piece from the bottom edge of the waistband down to the hem in double crochet. Stripes change color every six rounds. Increases are worked at both sides of the skirt for shaping. A long vertical seam runs down the center back, intentionally visible on the right side. The waistband is finished with an elastic for a flexible fit.
