• 4(5:5:5:6:6) balls in Snow 124 (B)
• 2(2:2:3:3:3) balls in Pitch Black 100 (C)
• Pair each of 3mm (US 2) and 3.25mm (US 3)
knitting needles
• 9 buttons

TENSION / GAUGE
25 sts and 34 rows to 10cm/4in square over st st using
3.25mm (US 3) needles.
25 sts and 41 rows to 10cm/4in square over patt using
3.25mm (US 3) needles.

HINTS AND TIPS
Create a beautifully textured stripe simply by alternating
colours and knit and purl rows. You might prefer to use a
cable needle when picking up and knitting the button hole
band, to make it easier to keep hold of all your stitches.
