The Dorian cowl honors urban public transit maps by interpreting them
as a series of traveling stitches and cables. Gently spun wool yarn adds
to Dorian’s insulating properties, and the large chart keeps the project
interesting. Of course, the provisional cast-on takes a little extra time, but I believe the I-cord edging is quite worth the effort. But what do I love most about cowls? They are perfect for keeping the neck warm, and there’s no chance they might get caught in a car door or fly away with a brisk breeze.
