Doll's Skirt and Blouse
The pattern includes the skirt, blouse and belt.
Yarn: 1/2 ounce each for skirt and blouse, small amount for belt
Gauge: 11 st. per 2” on size 7 needles, 8 st. per 1” on size 2 needles
Additional materials: 4 snap fasteners, one small button
The skirt is worked bottom up on #7 and #2 needles. It has a back seam with a placket at the top that closes with a snap. The top edge of the skirt and the placket have a crocheted edging.
The blouse is worked in one piece from the front lower edge to the back lower edge on #2 needles. It is seamed at the sides and is open in the back. The back closes with snaps. The collar is picked up.
The belt is crocheted. It has a loop at one end to fasten over a button.
Sized for a Barbie-type doll with the 1960s figure: 5.5”/3.125”/5”. The fit may vary on modern dolls.
