Doily Tank
Two crochet doilies, worked in sturdy cotton, are used as a stencil to create a sun-ready tank. It’s as much fun to make as it is to wear.
Notions: Yarn needle; purchased tank top (For best results use a tank that is at least 95% cotton and keep in mind that darker colors will show the most dramatic results); small spray bottle; household liquid bleach; enough old towels folded and stacked to fill tank top; plastic trash bags; masking tape; rubber gloves; bucket of water, one 8 oz bottle of hydrogen peroxide 3%.
Sizes: Large motif 11” diameter; Small motif 9” diameter
