This cute little pet bug mashup is a quick knit that incorporates a number of fun techniques: knitting in the round on double-pointed needles, stranded colorwork, picking up stitches, and I-cord.

Designed to be knitted in fingering-weight yarn, you can scale it up easily with thicker yarn and bigger needles.

A great project for yarn scraps, particularly hand-dyed yarn!
