Needles
24” / 60 cm or longer circular needle and DPNs in size US 8 / 5 mm
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

After blocking
17 sts and 24 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Stockinette stitch
20 sts and 27 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Dodo stitch (page 3)

Note
Dodo is a raglan yoke cardigan worked from the top down. The yoke and body are worked back and forth. The sleeves, set aside at the underarm, are worked top down in the round.
I named the pattern “Dodo” from my favorite story “Alice in Wonderland”. I hope you enjoy this stitch that looks like a bird’s feather.

Note
Dodoはラグランヨークのトップダウン式で編むカーディガンです. ラグランで増し目をしながら編み, 脇で袖と身頃を分けます.
ポケットを作りながら裾まで編み, その後休ませていた袖を輪編みで編みます.
Dodoは不思議な国のアリスにでてくるドゥードゥー鳥から付けました. 鳥の羽根のようにもみえるステッチを是非楽しんでください.
